Well, obviously, whoever the nominee is will be outspent by Jim Moran, but it is clear that Matthew Berry is in the lead. This is especially good news for Matthew Berry, as the 2008 GOP candidate, Mark Ellmore reported $59,386 in total receipts. Having more money now that the 2008 nominee had throughout the entire election is HUGE news. It shows a new sense of excitement, and that with the right candidate and message, we can even give Jim Moran a competitive race.
